Age requirement: Project Rival is intended for users aged 16 and over and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

• creating and securing accounts and managing sign-in;
• saving progress, statistics, and purchased or unlocked items assigned to a profile;
• providing online gameplay and data synchronization;
• detecting abuse, fraud, and violations of game rules;
• diagnosing errors and improving stability and performance;
• serving, frequency-capping, and measuring non-personalized advertisements.

We process data to provide the service, based on consent where required, to comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests in protecting and improving the game.

Project Rival uses technical services needed to operate the game. Data may be processed by providers of infrastructure, authentication, online gameplay, diagnostics, and advertising, including:

Data retention and deletion

Data assigned to your account is retained while you use Project Rival. Once you confirm “Delete Account”, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Fully anonymized information that can no longer be linked to a user is not personal data. Transaction records stored independently by Google Play are governed by that platform's own policies.

Your rights

Where provided by applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or data portability. You may also object to processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority.

The fastest way to delete your data is through the option available directly in the game settings. Other privacy requests can be sent to nullforgesupport@gmail.com.

Security and policy changes

We use appropriate organizational and technical measures, including access controls and encrypted transmission, to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage can guarantee the complete absence of risk.

We may update this Policy when game features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will always be available on this page.
